Instructions
- Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour; gradually add milk and cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Form small balls from the mixture and roll each in panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake bites on a parchment-lined sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
