Instructions
- 1. Gather all ingredients: ripe mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar (or honey), cardamom powder, and ice cubes.
- 2. Peel and chop the mangoes into smaller pieces.
- 3. Combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar (or honey), cardamom powder, and ice in a blender.
- 4. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds; scrape down the sides if needed.
- 5. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- 6. Pour into glasses and garnish with cardamom or mint leaves if desired.
