Ingredients
- 4–5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tzatziki sauce for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade; coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
