Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and flour until you achieve a sticky consistency.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into six portions and shape each into a bagel by poking a hole in the center.
- Whisk the egg white with a splash of water and brush over the bagels.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
