Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly soft.
