Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.
- In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, almonds, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- With the processor running on low speed, gradually drizzle in olive oil and red wine vinegar until well combined.
