- 1 (14.75 oz) can wild-caught salmon, drained
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, flake the drained salmon using a fork.
- Add breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into patties about 3 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil and serve hot.
