- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop the parsley and onion.
- Mix Everything Together: In a large bowl, combine drained canned salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, onion, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form the Patties: Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches wide.
- Fry Until Golden Brown: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each patty for approximately 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve Hot: Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
