Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a cast-iron skillet with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer dough to the greased skillet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden but slightly soft in the center.
