Instructions
- Prepare the Rice: Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions (approximately 18 minutes).
- Make the Spicy Tuna Mixture: In a bowl, combine diced tuna with mayonnaise and Sriracha. Mix well and season with salt.
- Chop the Veggies: While the rice cooks, chop green onions and slice avocado.
- Assemble Your Bowl: Fluff cooked rice and divide into bowls. Top with spicy tuna mixture, avocado slices, and green onions.
- Add Finishing Touches: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top; add nori strips if desired.
