- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional red pepper flakes until well mixed.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and top generously with the creamy mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
