  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional red pepper flakes until well mixed.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and top generously with the creamy mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
