Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish.
- Wash the bell peppers, cut off the tops, and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, sauté diced onions until translucent; add minced garlic and ground turkey. Cook until browned.
- Mix in cooked rice or quinoa with tomato sauce; season to taste.
- Generously fill each bell pepper with the turkey mixture.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes; remove foil for the last 10 minutes if using cheese.
