- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- Sour cream or salsa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or beef until browned. Stir in taco seasoning until fragrant.
- Add diced bell peppers to the meat mixture and fold in half of the shredded cheese until melted.
- Unroll the crescent dough into a circular shape on a lined baking sheet.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto the center of the dough circle. Fold each triangle over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
