  • 2 cups ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup creamy feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the tomato mixture and gently fold in the crumbled feta.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Drizzle with more olive oil if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
