Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture using a spatula until just blended—avoid overmixing.
- Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
