  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
