- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Place the fillets in the baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seasoned fish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
