Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Granulated sugar
- Pure vanilla extract
- Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth, then gradually mix in sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Gently fold fresh berries into the cream cheese mixture, creating swirls without crushing them too much.
- Pour the filling over the crust and use a knife to create decorative swirls on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
- Slice into bite-sized squares and serve chilled.
