  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or veggie of choice)
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping garlic and spinach.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side).
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Meanwhile, boil salted water in another pot, cooking pasta until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  5. Reduce heat in the skillet, adding heavy cream while stirring gently. Gradually incorporate Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss cooked pasta and spinach into the skillet with the sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
