Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to the baking sheet.
- Melt unsalted butter in the microwave until bubbly; brush it over the dough.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle generously over the buttered dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and crust is puffed.
- Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
