Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and ensure they are at room temperature.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and semisweet chocolate chips. Stir frequently until melted and smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture into bowls and color each with food coloring to desired shades.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour dollops of each colored fudge randomly into the dish and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set. Cut into squares and top with sprinkles before serving.
