- 8 oz sliced turkey breast
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese

- 2 tbsp pesto sauce

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients for ease.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil.
- Toast the bread until golden brown on both sides.
- Spread pesto on one slice of toasted bread, then layer turkey, mozzarella, and basil.
- Top with another slice of toasted bread to form a sandwich.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until the cheese melts.
- Let it rest briefly before slicing in half and serving.
