- 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups seasonal fruits (sliced berries, kiwis, peaches)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using homemade crust, roll it out.
- Press the pie crust into a tart pan and trim excess dough.
- Blind bake the crust for 15 minutes with parchment paper and weights until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add vanilla extract.
- Once cooled, spread the filling evenly in the crust.
- Arrange sliced fruits on top creatively.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
