Instructions

- Beat in the egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and lavender until well combined.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—do not overmix.
- Use a cookie scoop to place dough on a lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
