Instructions
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Dice the mango and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, and fresh cilantro. Toss gently to mix.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Taste your salsa and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately in a bowl or refrigerate for up to two days.
