  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch round and transfer it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
  5. Arrange bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, mushrooms, and spinach atop the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the vegetables.
  7. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top after baking if desired. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
