Between its honeycomb graham cracker crust, homemade lemon honey cream puffs, creamy cheesecake filling, and the adorable fondant bees sitting on top, this honeycomb cream puff cheesecake is an absolute dream of a dessert. What better way to celebrate the coming of spring than with this bee-utiful treat?!
*Ingredients:*
_For the graham cracker crust:_
- 4 oz graham crackers, crushed
- ¼ stick butter, softened
- 2-3 tbsp honey
_For the cream puffs:_
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1¼ cups flour
- 4 eggs
_For the lemon honey cream puff filling:_
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1¼ cups honey
- 1½ tbsp low-sugar pectin
_For the cheesecake cream:_
- 16 oz cream cheese
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 4 cups whipped cream
_For the decoration:_
- honey
- black & yellow fondant
- almond slices
