I am back with another highly requested recipe, no-oven eggless chocolate brownies. Super simple to make these yummy delights are comforting, delicious and well, chocolaty. The fudgy texture of these brownies, the flaky layer on top and the rich intense flavour make this recipe a total winner. Try out the recipe this weekend and let me know how you like it.
Ingredients 1 cup dark chocolate 1/4 cup butter 1 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method 1. Melt butter and chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave. 2. Sift the dry ingredients into a separate bowl and set aside. 3. Add the milkmaid to the melted chocolate mixture. 4. Fold in the dry ingredients and make a smooth brownie batter. 5. Pour the prepared batter into a 4-inch square pan lined with parchment paper. 5. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. 6. Take the brownies out of the oven and let them come to room temperature. Chill them afterwards for about 20–25 minutes to savor the best flavors.
