4 medium eggs.
1/2 cup of sugar (120g).
1 tsp of liquid vanilla.
1/2 cup of milk (120ml).
1/2 cup of vegetable oil (120ml).
1 orange (zest + 100ml orange juice).
1 and 3/4 cup of all purpose flour (200g).
1 tbsp of baking powder (16g).
1 tbsp of vinegar (15ml).
powdered sugar for garnish (optional).
1 cup of whipping cream (240ml).
2 tbsp of sugar (12g).
