- 1 cup hot water
- 1 egg, separated
- 8 soft caramels + 3 tbsp hot water
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder + 3 tbsp hot water
- 2-3 tbsp strawberry jam
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar + 1 tbsp water
- 1 sunflower seed
