Grilled fish is a healthy way to grill and avoids the heavy feeling you get with steak, burgers and other standard grilled items. This Mediterranean Style Grilled Fish dish is easy and delicious, but also quick enough to make for a week-night dinner.

Based on my videos, people might think that I grill greasy food every night, which isn't true! This recipe branches out from the usual burritos, pizza, and pasta we eat most of the time and gets closer to the Mediterranean diet that people say can help you live longer.

This is what I used, but you can adjust the amounts depending on what you like:
White fish like: Rock fish, Sea Bass, Cod, etc
1 20oz Can of crushed tomatoes
1/4 Sliced Red Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic (Sliced)
6 Oz Artichoke hearts
6 Oz Kalamata Olives
3 Oz Feta Cheese
Pepperoncini's (optional)
