Raffaello Pudding is a decadent white chocolate based pudding with coconut flavors. This pudding tastes a lot like the famous Raffaello Candy.

INGREDIENTS:

Desiccated coconut: 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Whipping cream: 200 ml to 250 ml
Fresh cream: 125 ml
Grated White chocolate : 1 cup or 3/4 cup
Condensed milk - 3/4 tin
Coconut milk powder: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence:1/2 tsp
Gelatin : 2 tbsp and water 3 tbsp
Or China grass: 10 to 15 gm
