This recipe for a tasty no-bake cake is a super simple, hassle-free way to get your strawberries & cream fix, all without having to slave away in the kitchen for hours. We've even sweetened the deal by adding chocolate graham crackers and apricot cream into the mix. This easy cake is a no-brainer! 

*Ingredients:*

_For the cream cheese frosting:_

- 1⅓ cups cream cheese
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1⅔ cups heavy cream

_For the apricot cream cheese frosting:_

- 1⅓ cups cream cheese
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup apricot jam

_For the chocolate strawberries & cream cake:_

- 16 strawberries
