  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. If using, brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and mix in marinara sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and spices until smooth.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half the spaghetti, half the meat sauce (if using), then half the cheesy mixture. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
