- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the blueberries under cold water and pat dry.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to mash them.
- Transfer the mixture into serving bowls or jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, topped with extra blueberries and chia seeds if desired.
