- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
- Fresh herbs (basil or parsley, optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Your Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Sauté Garlic & Olive Oil: In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Create the Creamy Sauce: Add heavy cream to the skillet; simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- 4. Add Cheese & Seasonings: Stir in grated Parmesan until melted; season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- 5. Toss Pasta & Serve: Drain pasta and combine it with the sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat evenly.
