- Hot dogs or string cheese

- Cornmeal

Instructions
- Pat dry the hot dogs and cut them in half if desired.
- In a bowl, mix bread flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Insert skewers into hot dogs or cheese sticks. Dip into the batter until fully coated and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry each corn dog for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; do not overcrowd the pot.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
