- Fresh mint or parsley, chopped
- Soft tortillas or pita bread
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground lamb and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Once browned, add onions and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are soft and translucent.
- Season the mixture with cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the lamb evenly.
- Remove from heat and fold in fresh herbs for added flavor.
- Serve the lamb mixture in warm tortillas or pita bread topped with your favorite veggies.
