- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium English cucumber
- 1–2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture with a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and grated cucumber until well mixed.
- Mince the garlic and stir it in along with chopped dill or mint.
- Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
