Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Steam broccoli until bright green and tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; stir-fry minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
- Add marinated beef, sear both sides for about 2 minutes without stirring.
- Stir-fry until beef is cooked through, approximately another 3-5 minutes.
- Add broccoli; toss everything together for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
