Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Marinate sliced beef in a bowl with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef for about 3–4 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Return beef to skillet and mix well with broccoli; add a splash of water if needed to steam everything together for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
