Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping vegetables.
- Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic in a bowl; set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté beef until browned (3-4 minutes).
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce; cook for an additional 2 minutes until well combined.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
