- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sour cream; mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in fresh blackberries, being careful not to mash them.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Once set, remove from the springform pan, slice, and garnish with extra blackberries if desired.
