Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in Greek yogurt until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries without crushing them.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to about ½ inch thick and cut into squares or triangles.
- Brush with egg wash if desired.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
