Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic until well combined.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter evenly on both halves.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the buttered bread.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
