Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix chia seeds with milk until well combined. Add sweetener and vanilla extract.
- Whisk the mixture for about 30 seconds until smooth and clump-free.
- Cover the bowl or transfer to jars with lids. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.
- Stir the pudding again before serving. Top with your choice of fruits and nuts.
