- 1 cup coconut cream

- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and coconut cream. Add oil and mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool completely before frosting with your choice of icing.
