Instructions
- Flatten chicken breasts to ensure even cooking and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat (approximately 350°F). Fry chicken for about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on buns, layering with pickles and fried chicken.
