- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, and Dijon mustard.
- Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the lemon butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
