  • Milk chocolate
  • Nutella
  • Crispy wafer cookies
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roast hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix Nutella with finely chopped wafer cookies and some roasted hazelnuts until thick.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch).
  4. Chill the balls on parchment paper for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate until smooth. Dip each ball in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place coated truffles back on parchment paper and sprinkle with cocoa powder or crushed hazelnuts if desired.
